Black Belt Workshop series
Over 4 months Mick will be running small workshops to cover the Karate Black Belt syllabus. For those that are aiming for a Black Belt at the end of the year these sessions are vital to ensure that you have the syllabus down. The sessions are open to anyone from Grey belt up. They are specifically targeted to Brown belts, but keen Grey belts are encouraged to participate and even existing Blacks are welcome to come along to brush up their skills.
Each workshop is held at our Epping club location on a Sunday, between the hours of 2pm and 4pm.
